Introducing Jonna Rochelle!
We met our daughter today, and the meeting went even better than expected! We thought she would cry a lot and be afraid of us, but she was very calm. She only fussed a little and was interested in the toys and snacks we had for her. She sat in both our laps and particularly enjoyed playing with Julian's Elmo phone.
Her name is pronounced Jonna with a French 'J' (like Jean Luc Picard)... and, yes, they brought her to us wearing an FSU Seminole logo -- how random is that?!

Hey guys! Congrats on making it to Uralsk and meeting your beautiful daughter! Jonna is precious, and already looks like she's settling in with you guys quite well. Can't wait to see what each day brings. It's great to see pics of the baby house, and brings back a flood of memories.
Best wishes, Cindy
Oh what a beautiful way to start the day - seeing prayers and dreams come true.

Beautiful, just beautiful!
Sherry! I am so excited for you and your family. I was thinking of you yesterday when I was in Whole Foods and I realized that you might be meeting Jonna right then--It gave me goosebumps and not because I was in the dairy section! Now today to see her beautiful face, together with you and Chris--it's goosebumps all over again. Very thrilling and heartwarming. I miss you already, but am so glad that you are with Jonna. Enjoy!
Love and hugs

Sherry and Chris, Shoshie and Julian: Little Jonna is just beautiful, and looks so comfy with her new family! I am thrilled for all of you!
