On Our Way!
We got word this morning that we can leave this Friday -- that's right, in two days!! Luckily I was able to book our flights without a problem, and we had already packed since we thought we were leaving at the beginning of the month.
We'll fly all night to Amsterdam, have an 8-hour layover, then fly all night again, arriving in Kazakhstan early Sunday morning. We expect to meet our daughter for the first time Monday. I can hardly wait to hold her!
It may be the middle of next week before we have a chance to post again, but we promise to give you updates and photos as soon as we can.
What a relief to finally be on our way...
